SPEED WHOLESALE INC. SHIPPING POLICY

Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Speed Wholesale Inc. has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as promised by us on our website.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days,

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through UPS.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

UPS does not meet its service guarantee, customers can notify Speed Wholesale INC and we will gladly place the claim with UPS to recover your shipping costs. Speed Wholesale Inc will credit customer accounts for the shipping fees from successful claims as soon as the claim has been paid by UPS.

DECLINE SHIPMENT

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 630 509 3191 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping over $1500. The offer will not be applicable to discounted prices.

FLAT SHIPPING RATE $25.00

Shipping rates are determined by size, weight & distance. Shipping costs will be added to your order after it is packed & weighed. The flat Shipping Rate applies up to 21 lbs. Box (18' X 18" X 18').  An overweight charge applies to shipping.

SATURDAY SHIPMENTS

UPS Ground only operates on Saturday for the four weekends between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. During the rest of the year, We will pick and pack all Saturday orders that specify UPS Ground as their method of shipment; however, those packages will not begin moving until the following Monday.

SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING

All of our available shipping methods are either flat-rate or have Freight shipping options available. Please remember, though, that NON-VAPE FEDEX OR UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturday.

Shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states and shipments that include bulk items are not eligible for Speed Wholesale INC's free or flat-rate options

DELAYED AND LOST SHIPMENTS

Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond Speed Wholesale Inc's control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from SPEED WHOLESALE INC (FOB Shipping Point). Speed Wholesale INC will not take any responsibility for lost packages or wrong addresses. Customer claims Lost package at UPS or Speed Wholesale INC will pay you $100.00 store credit.

DECLARE VALUE OR SHIPMENT INSURANCE

Declared value advantage is available at checkout 1.5% amount of your total order, Protect your high-value shipment by UPS. If the package will be lost or damaged, You can claim your shipment value. Gain Peace of mind.

DIRECT SIGNATURE SERVICES

Service available by UPS. Direct Sign means someone at least 21 years old in this address to sign for the package, otherwise, they leave the package outside without knowledge. The customer must inform us of this service. we will apply to charge an extra $4 per package.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We are not able to provide cod services due to some restrictions.

SHIPMENTS TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND POST OFFICE BOXES(P.O BOX)

Because of federal and state regulations requiring age verification, SPEED WHOLESALE INC ships to commercial addresses only. Shipments to residential addresses or post office boxes may be canceled without warning. Continued shipping to residential addresses may result in account cancellation without warning. We are not able to provide cod services due to our shipper restriction.
