MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS (RMA)
If any item is damaged or missing from your shipment, you must notify within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to replace the missing or damaged item with the same item or one of equal or more value.
If the order arrives with any broken or damaged products, please provide photo proof at OUR SERVICE RMA.
After we have received the photos, we will arrange for replacement products.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS (RMA)
If you received a product that you didn’t order. Please do not open product and must be in original packing, report within 48 hours. We will pay for shipping
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (RMA)
Test run your product's functionality before you sell it, if non-functioning please contact us.
We will provide a replacement for returns of defective products like manufacture defects or dead on arrival within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. Return product must be in original packing with all accessories. We are not liable for loss or damage during return shipment.
Once we receive your returned product we will inspect and issue a replacement or apply store credit.
If opened, your product must be thoroughly cleaned. If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned, your return will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After 30 days. We will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS (RMA)
All products must be purchased from Speed WHOLESALE INC. The product must be in its original unopened packaging. We will exchange products for other products or refund process. You must be responsible for the shipping cost.
You should expect a refund within a week at the original payment terms.
