We'll keep your tax-exempt information on file until it expires. Then, we'll need a new copy of your tax ID certificate. Once we receive it, we'll update the expiration date in our system.

No, Our flat shipping rate is $25.

02. How much does shipping cost?

Our flat rate shipping costs $25, up to 21 lbs. within all US states via non-vape ground service. Overweight or oversize boxes will be charged extra as per the actual shipping cost.

03. Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

The customer will receive an order shipment notification by email with a tracking number.

04. Could you please provide me with information on the shipping charge for wholesale orders?

We aim to ship most wholesale orders within 2 business days from our facility. Please note that actual shipping charges will apply and are determined based on the weight of the entire order, the distance it has to travel based on zip code, and the carrier used.

Unfortunately, shipping is not included in the price.

06. Is it possible to ship items from my order to different locations?

Yes, items of the same order can be shipped to different locations.

07. Can you provide me with the estimated transit times for UPS or FEDEX Ground?

West Coast: 1-3 business days

Central : 3-4 business days

East Coast: 5-6 business days.

08. Is it possible to have the shipment delivered to a P.O.Box?

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you've returned an item that was purchased from us, we'll provide a refund either by company cheque or through a chargeback on the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Our available stock in the warehouse will determine.

05. What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. All damage and defects must be reported to us within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery date. Please carefully read our return policy. We can either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

05. Are all the Items new?

Yes. We only sell brand-new items directly from manufacturers or distributors. All items usually come with a barcode. We do not even deal with returned items.

06. Who are your customers?

We offer our best service to tobacco shops, smoking shops, liquor stores, gas stations, and others.

07. When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

08. Is pick up available for your merchandise?

Yes. at our warehouse in Bensenville, Illinois. Monday to Friday: 9:00 am. to 6:00 pm.; Saturday: 9:00 am. to 3 pm.

09. What if I receive the wrong product(s)?

Inspect all products upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 24 hours of receipt. We will gladly exchange any products. if you receive the wrong products. We will gladly make an exchange for free and pay for shipping.
